Refund policy
We want your Balmee products to reach you safely and promptly.
1. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at
hello@balmeebeauty.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect it, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually process within 10 business days but may take up to 15 days depending on your bank.
3. Other Returns
We do not accept returns for opened or used products, gift cards, or end-of-life/heavily discounted items. Products purchased through other retailers must follow the retailer’s returns policy.
4. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, doesn’t match the description, or is unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
