Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order. Prices include delivery to the address you provide.

2. Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. For international orders, estimated delivery is 8-15 business days to the UK and 10-15 business days to the US. Delivery times are estimates only and exclude time in customs clearance, which can vary. We're not responsible for delays outside our control, including postal delays, courier issues, or customs processing times.

3. Tracking & Risk
All orders include tracking, which you’ll receive once your order has shipped. Risk transfers to you once the package is with the courier.

4. International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. More destinations coming soon.

Please note that international orders outside of Australia may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control - they are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. We are unable to estimate these charges in advance. If you are unsure about the rules in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes required to receive your order.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except as required by law. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, please email hello@balmeebeauty.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
